I am a hall of fame educator and internationally recognized thought leader with a PhD in school leadership and moral education.

I am passionate about seeing schools reimagined for human and communal flourishing!

As an educational entrepreneur, I have launched:

Odyssey Leadership Academy—an award winning, internationally recognized “School of Genius,” and

Odyssey Center for Transformative Schooling—a hub for hope and transformation for schools, leaders, teachers, and edupreneurs looking to change education.

Dr. Scott Martin bio

Dr. Scott Martin has a 30 year legacy in education. He founded and leads both Odyssey Leadership Academy and the permissionless Odyssey Center for Transformative Schooling. He holds a double PhD in Moral School Leadership and the Philosophy of Moral Education. Dr. Martin is recognized for his global educational influence and service leadership. He presents at conferences around the world on topics pertaining to education, leadership, and adolescent flourishing.
